200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
We became aware of a disconnect between the yoga practice and the intentions behind it. Truly the intention serves the practice. It is one thing to learn the foundation of yamas, niyamas, chakras, Sanskrit and alignment. But how does this all connect together within the practice? How can this be integrated and presented to a class full of yogis from your authentic self? After all, you can only teach what you live. What you live comes from your true self. This, we feel, is truly where the teacher starts.
This is the 200 Hour Teacher Training Path at Yoga 360. We have reinvented the teacher training process from the sky down. The result is a genuine and tangible connection between teacher, student and spirit. A journey like no other, you will come to know yourself on the deepest level through yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and the Vedic teachings connecting to the authentic truth of who you are. In the end, each and every class you teach will come from a place of nourishment and empowerment, whereby you show up completely, are fully present and deeply connected.
Whether you are new to teaching or a teacher whose time has come for more inspiration, this is your teacher training. Students who successfully fulfill the requirements of the yoga teacher training program will receive a certificate of completion. Meet our graduates. The Yoga 360 School of Teaching is a registered school with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 Hour level, and upon successful completion of our program, participants may contact the Yoga Alliance for registry. As part of its mission, Yoga Alliance encourages safe yoga instruction, fosters accountability and continual improvement, and guides yoga teachers to achieve success with conscious and effective business practices.

"The Yoga 360 Teacher Training program is a journey of the soul that not only prepared me to become a yoga teacher, but also gave the the tools I desired to live a more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic lifestyle. The training not only focuses on the alignment of the asanas, and how to dynamically sequence and theme a class, but we also study the importance of living all eight limbs of yoga, an Ayurvedic lifestyle, and diving deep into the the seven chakras. The readings, assignments, reflections, and discussions that took place each month not only grew my knowledge on all facets of yoga, but were designed in a way that over the year-long training, I was able to deeply immerse myself into the teachings so I could experience these teachings in my own life before stepping into the studio to teach others.
The Yoga 360 Teacher Training was one of the most amazing experiences I have had in my life because of the way my perspective on life was able to shift into becoming the best version of myself, opening the doors of possibility wide open to all I could ever dream from here on out."
