February is the month of love. And while traditionally that has meant celebrating relationships with other people, this month at Yoga 360, we're making it all about your relationship with YOU. Self-love is an internal practice. Let February be just the beginning - a chance to learn all the things you love to do with and for yourself so you can be your own valentine all year long. Here are a few ideas...

Very light movement, centering breathwork, a blissful guided visualization intended for self-love, and a period of meditation and extended savsasana is just what's needed.
