Thanks to growing scientific evidence, we now know that meditation offers measurable health benefits and makes life better in some very meaningful ways - from disease prevention and pain management to better sleep, emotional well-being, and stress relief.

But perhaps its most important (and sometimes overlooked) benefit is the rare and precious opportunity meditation affords us - the midst of our busy, noisy, and often chaotic lives - to practice silence and self-reflection as a means to knowing ourselves better. Meditation is the surest and simplest pathway we can use to discover our fundamental nature, purpose, and essence...and gain a deeper grasp of who we are and why we're here.

Written by Yoga 360 Founder, Colleen Rose, the intention of this scripted meditation is to bring something that will become familiar in an uncertain time and give us all a place to ground in the collective energy of Together at Home. Although the teachers will change, we can all feel comforted in the ritual of this practice each morning. Be sure to reserve your spot for each day's free meditation.
Props: This practice is done in an upright position so please gather any blankets or pillows that will make you comfortable. Daily 7am.
