FAQ & Tips

  • Can I sign up for class if I have never done yoga/meditation/pilates before? Yes! New students to yoga and pilates are the forte of Yoga 360. We are honored that you chose to begin your practice with us.  Please review our class schedule to find the class description that best meets you needs. Beginners to Yoga we recommend our Absolute Beginner Yoga Series or our Level 1 classes.  For Pilates, although not required, we recommend a private session to acquaint you with the pilates principals. Please always feel free to call us at 815.806.0360 for more information. We are happy to guide you through the process.

  • What should I wear for class? Footwear is left at the door, which includes your socks. Going barefoot will give you the grip you may need for certain poses and allows you to feel more relaxed at the same time. We recommend wearing tight, but comfortable clothing. If you have long hair, tie it back to avoid distractions. Jeans are not allowed. Chewing gum is a no-no as it disrupts a quiet mind, distracts others and is a risk of choking. Please come to class clean and free of perfumes.

  • What is your late policy? Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class or appointment time. Students arriving past 10 minutes to class start are at risk of losing their space to waitlisted students. Late students are permitted at the discretion of the teacher but are charged either way as they have taken space from another student.  Arriving late for a service will interfere with your treatment time as all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. If we are unable to complete your treatment, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the treatment. So please, please, please plan to arrive early for your class or appointment and enjoy an unhurried transition into your “me time.”

  • What is your cancellation policy? In an effort to best serve our entire community, we require yoga classes be cancelled at least 3 hours before class start, pilates 12 hours and privates and spa appointments 24 hours. If a class is cancelled past that change period it will be deducted from your account. Appointments are charged 50% and no shows are charged 100% of the service fee. This policy has been put in place out of respect for our staff and our clients.  Late cancellations are difficult to fill.  By giving last minute notice, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule during that time slot.

  • Is there a minimum age? Students and spa guests must be 16 years of age.

  • What is your return policy? All classes, services, workshops and packages are nonrefundable. Products may be returned unused in their original package with a receipt within 7 days after purchase.

  • Can I leave class early? We do not encourage leaving practice early as it disrupts the tranquil energy.

  • What if a class is full? We offer a Waitlisting option with our scheduling.  Simply put your name on the online waitlist and you will be notified of enrollment via email or text no later than 2 hours prior to class. Once enrolled, you are charged for that class.

  • What is your expiration and refund policy? All classes are nonrefundable/nontransferable and expire 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Classes and teachers are subject to change without notice. Unopened and unworn retail purchased items may be exchanged for other products and services if returned within 7 days with a receipt. We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Gratuity is not included in the price of services. Fifteen to 20 percent is customary at Yoga 360.  Gratuity is accepted as cash only.

  • When you arrive at the studio, be mindful that another class may be in session. Speaking in a quiet voice will assist in keeping a calm and serene environment.

  • Yoga 360 works very hard to develop a kind, compassionate and nurturing atmosphere. Negative actions and unkind words of any kind are not tolerated at Yoga 360.

  • Our classes and teachers are subject to change without notice.

  • Inform your teacher about any injuries, health problems or changes (i.e. pregnancy) before class begins. Modifications can be used to assist your practice safely.

  • The biggest of all NO-NOs.  All electronic devices including cell phones, ipads and computers are prohibited in all of Yoga 360 as a courtesy to other clients. To many this triggers the anxiousness of outside life.
