In a world where it’s easy to receive fast online training, our teachers dedicate themselves to a year of intensive in-person self-study, at the seat of the teacher, before they ever step in front of a class. That’s because you have to live it before you can teach it. You have to know your Self and your authentic truth deeply before you can guide others to do the same. Over the last six years, we have graduated more than 50 certified yoga teachers from our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program, which is rooted in the teachings of Deepak Chopra (under whom our founder studied in person for six years) and the Chopra Center.
