After taking a couple of yoga classes you may begin to notice the difference between yoga and other exercise regimens. Although yoga can be done a couple of times a week as a part of your "fitness routine", yoga is a practice which has the potential for deep transformation that both includes and extends beyond physical fitness. You may also find that you need more time than a regular class to go deeper into the practice. If this is where you find yourself, our Weekend Workshops were created to lend support. The Yoga-360 Workshop Schedule is an offering of unique educational workshops and events provide the space for deepening your practice and understanding of yoga and ultimately your Self.
The sunlit Studios are beautiful, simple and intimate - an ideal setting in which to begin to transform your body and your life. Many workshops are conducted by independent hosts and are not representative of the views Yoga-360. Members receive 10% off the online price when scheduling online. studio private parties Private Yoga Spa Night. This event is one of our most popular. Enjoy a relaxing evening as we partake in a night of yoga and spa treatments. The evening includes a one-hour Candlelight Yoga Class, relaxation with hot towels, scented hand massage, relaxing herbal complextion mist, herbal blended tea and shopping. $25 per person. Rock and Roll Yoga Private Party.This party turns up the heat to 90 and blends a flowing, moving yoga practice with traditional deep holding hatha poses to clear out the mind and lift the spirits. The high energy class is accompanied by soul, R&B and hip hop tunes and a joyful irreverent attitude. By mixing a hard, hot vinyasa practice with good loud joyful music students find that they have worked harder, stretched deeper and wrung out their body and minds.The class ends with a deep guided relaxation sure to put you in pure bliss as Yoga-360 Massage Therapists and Estheticians deliver hot towels and scented hand massages.Guests should come hydrated and on an empty stomach. Yoga Kids Birthday Parties. $300 Our Private Yoga Kids Party can accomodate up to 20 guests and includes a 90 minute private use of our Sunlit Yoga Studio, Behind the scenes of Yoga-360 for the Birthday Girl, Instruction of Yoga Poses, Yoga Story with learned poses, A “Yoga Birthday Cake made from yoga poses” , Organized Gift Giving and Relaxation with Visualization Story
Party Terms: Please arrive on time for your event. Guests should wear comfortable clothing to move and breathe with ease: a t-shirt and a -pair of shorts or sweat pants is appropriate for this class. We recommend that you bring water bottles for each guest. Small snacks that are easy to clean up are also allowed. We recommend cupcakes or granola bars. Private Kids Classes. $150 Our Private Kids Yoga Class can accommodate 20 students and includes a 60 minute private class, Instruction of Yoga Poses, Yoga Story with learned poses, Partner Poses and Relaxation with Visualization Story
Terms for Private Studio Parties An $80 deposit is required to hold your dates. Balance is due prior to the event starting. Cancellations of a group event must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid full charge.
