Yoga-360 is located in the heart of historic downtown Frankfort, on the corner of Kansas Street and Hickory Street. Our newly remodeled studio offers 900 square feet of spacious practice space. Although, for hygiene purpose, we encourage all students, including beginners, to bring their own mat, we do offer mats, blocks and straps for your use. The studio offers Yoga, Pilates and personal training classes throughout the day. After each class we offer tea from our Organic Herbal Tea Bar. Please check our calendar for classes. We also offer Private Girl's Night Out Parties, Spa Parties, Birthday Parties, and Private Events, contact us for more information.

what to bring~ what to wear

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to complete a New Student Form. If you are new to yoga, please be sure to read our Studio Etiquette to make you feel more comfortable. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing so you can move and breathe with ease; tight fitting clothes (ala dancewear) or a pair of shorts and a T-shirt is fine. Yoga is done without shoes or socks and is best enjoyed on an empty stomach, so eat lightly or not at all before class. We highly recommend that any yoga practitioner, including beginners, have their own yoga mat. Your yoga mat not only provides a warm padding and a clean surface between you and the floor, it also allows you to practice without slipping and sliding. Yoga mats may be purchased at our Granola Gear Shoppe. We have some yoga mats available for use or if you would like, you could bring a towel. Additionally, you may want to bring a light weight blanket for meditation and water to drink after class.

We offer several different packages to fit any budget and frequency of participation. All of our classes are ongoing. There are no start or stop dates. Please join us anytime for any class. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to complete New Student Registration. Bring a yoga mat or a towel to your first class. We have some yoga mats available for use and yoga mats are available for purchase in our Shoppe. Classes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Classes are subject to change without notice.

Under 17 or over 65 years DROP IN $12 or 6 classes for $60

6-CLASS CARD $78 Good for all of our regular classes. Expires in 6 months from date of purchase.

Monthly Unlimited $125 Expired 30 days from date of purchase.

Yearly Unlimited $1,300 Expires one year from date of purchase.
