Gentle Hatha Yoga. Little or no experience required. Appropriate for beginning students as well as experienced practitioners who enjoy a gentler class. This class emphasizes body and breath awareness in accordance with proper alignment. The instructor allots time to explore and refine each pose safely. A wonderful class for those with limited mobility, recurring pain conditions or weight restrictions. 60-75 minutes.

Hatha Flow Yoga. This is a movement phase of yoga poses woven together with breath. Clear your heart, Center your body, Free your mind. In this dynamic flow series, feel your breath and bring your body into line as you give yourself over to a sensual state. Pilates/Stretch 30:30 This class builds on the classic principles of Pilates with a few new twists. Technique and correct body placement are emphasized in exercises that emphasize the abdominal, back, inner thigh, hip and buttock muscles. Exercise effectiveness is enhanced with an ending of a variety of stretches and 10 minutes of full relaxation. 60 minutes
Power Yoga This class emphasizes developing one's physical flexibility and nurtures the desire for self-discipline. The name Power Yoga says it all. It is one of the several types of Yoga that has the same potential of emulating a rigorous full-body workout and promotes mental stability and concentration. PREREQUISITE: 3 Months Hatha Yoga
Tai Chi Chih, (TCC) is a potent, modern distillation of the ancient principles of Qigong. The art and science of Chinese energy healing. Qigong literally translates as the cultivation of the "Life force", or "Vital force" that animates all living things. As you work with these principles through adjusting and regulating posture, breath, and attention, you create a powerful internal "flow" of Qi (pronounced Chee). As we progressively move through the slow, gentle, movement patterns, we activate the powerful energies within, bringing healing to the body, stillness to the mind, Joy to the spirit. TCC is easily learned by anyone regardless of age or physical condition.
Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement" This class links movement with from pose to pose with the breath builds internal heat leading to purification of the layers of the body. This practice focuses on unique and creative standing sequences using classical yoga poses. PREREQUISITE: 3 Months Hatha Yoga
Zen Boot Camp for 4. Join yoga teacher and personal trainer for this 4 or 6 Week Personal Training Zen Boot Camp. Your one hour session will include intervals, free weights, ball work, power work and more. Chat your "problem areas" and work them extra hard. This is a challenging workout but the "Zen" comes from encouragement for you to be gentle with yourself in a difficult way. Session ends with relaxation. Must register.
