Mary Jo, Pilates Trainer, Advanced Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist. Mary Jo is a certfied Pilate's teacher with Balanced Body University and PilateFit and a Personal Trainer certified with Ace. She also holds an Advanced Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition certifications with IFPA and a Bodybuilding and Sports Nutrition certification with Parrillo Performance. She has been in the health and fitness industry for 10 years she has two Overall Bodybuilding Titles. Mary Jo loves to help people feel good about themselves at every level of their fitness journey.

Kimberlee, Certified Pilates Reformer and Systems Trainer.  Kimberlee is a certified pilates systems trainer with Power Pilates based in New York.  She is a life long fitness enthusiast who believes that a practice in pilates is a perfect compliment for or catalyst toward optimum fitness and wellness.  She loves to see how a commitment made to pilates has changed the lives of her students (and friends) physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  As a wife and busy mother of five children, Kimberlee understands the importance of making time to take care of yourself too!

Laura, Yoga Teacher. Laura is a Certified Yoga teacher certified by YogaFit Training Systems in Redondo Beach, California and is certified in Pilates Reformer from Balanced Body University.  Laura's passion on the yoga mat and off is to keep in harmony while embracing the flowing rhythm of change. She believes that any unbalanced energy within us can be harmonized through the creative movement of vinyasa yoga. Through vinyasa we learn to flow with life and also work through challenges and stagnation. Laura's classes use fluid movement, concentrating on variations of Sun Salutations. Laura studies and is greatly inspired by the teachings of Shiva Rea.

Liz, Yoga Teacher. Liz has been practicing yoga for nine years and understands the importance of it in everyday life. She is certified through Dancing Feet Yoga Center in New Buffalo, MI and registered with the Yoga Alliance. Liz strives to deliver a well-rounded yoga class to her students, including breath synchronization with each asana along with some forms of pranayama. Liz enjoys all types of yoga, but her passion lies in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which she primarily teaches. Liz is inspired and learns the most by simply being a student of different yoga styles and being open to what one can absorb by being present. 

Heather, Yoga Teacher. Heather was diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis at the age of twelve. She was fitted with the Harrington brace for about a year to no avail. After the hard realization that her spinal curvatures would continue to worsen, she underwent corrective surgery with Harrington rods at the age of nineteen. Having this surgery has only further strengthened her love of physical fitness. She has been seen by many doctors, physical therapists, pain specialists, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other body workers. Heather has found most of her pain relief through physical fitness, yoga practice and meditation. By teaching yoga, Heather hopes to help others find pain and stress relief as well as body awareness and physical wellness. There are no obstacles too big to conquer. Wellness is within everyone and if we dig deep enough our bodies will take us to amazing places. Through yoga all things are possible and Moksha (liberation) is found.

Beth, Pilates Trainer. Beth is a Certified Pilate's Reformer Trainer by Balance Body and a NETA Trained Pilates Teacher. Her classes conform to the traditional Pilates Mat workout often incorporating enhancing elements including weights. Beth teaches this mind/body work out with precision and accuracy with keen attention to alignment. Beth enjoys studying and keeping up on the trends of the Pilates Industry and is constantly introducing new movements. Beth is also a certified teacher from St. Xavier University.

Colleen, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Reformer Trainer and the Director/Founder of Yoga-360. Colleen is a third generation yoga teacher. She teaches deep, varied posture sequences integrating and honoring the wisdom of the body, mind and breath. She works toward finding a comfortable balance in all of her classes challenging her students to move toward positive change in all aspects of their lives. With a smile, she emphasizes on the alignment principles of Hatha Yoga incorporating meditation, affirmation and intention to create an inner journey towards healing, self-awareness, acceptance and empowerment. Colleen's mantra is "It must radiate on the inside before it can radiate on the outside." Colleen is an ongoing student of The Temple of Kriya in Chicago and a certified Level 2 and Senior Yoga Teacher. Colleen travels extensively around the country studying with some of the most renowned yoga teachers in the country including , Seane Corn, Cyndee Lee and Rodney Yee. Colleen pulls strength and inspiration from the spiritual teachings of H.H. the Dalai Lama. Colleen is also a Certified Pilate's Reformer Trainer by Balance Body University and a NETA Trained Pilates Teacher. Colleen loves is seeing new faces in the yoga studio, especially those who are trying yoga for the first time.

Kelley, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher. Kelley has been practicing yoga 12 years. She graduated from the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program (200-hour) at the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago and continues studies through the Temple. Kelley also received certification to teach Prenatal Yoga through Global Yoga Center under the guidance of Rhonda Kantor. Her classes focus on body alignment for safety in practice, as well as breath awareness to connect body and mind.
