Ann, L.Ac., Dipl. OM, MTOM, Acupuncture/Oriental Medicine. Ann is a licensed acupuncturist and diplomat in Oriental Medicine (consisting of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology). She received her Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Chicago—one of the top schools in the nation. This intensive 4-year program includes over 3400 hours of clinical and didactic education. Ann has pursued further OM instruction in woman’s reproductive health and fertility, facial rejuvenation, and muscular degeneration; reiki; and attended a 30-week course in clinical aromatherapy. Prior to this, Ann worked for 20 years on the Chicago Board Options Exchange as a broker, manager and clerk. She witnessed first hand how stress and emotions affect a person’s physical, mental and spiritual health. Ann has always been interested in natural medicine. She firmly believes that the power to heal lies within each of us. There is no separation between body and mind. OM works holistically to instill harmony and balance to one’s life, and empowers us to take charge of our own health. Ann loves spending time with her husband and daughter in Frankfort, and looks forward to assisting you in achieving optimum balance.

Tracie, Massage Therapist.
Tracie is a warm nurturing individual who see massage therapy as a unique alternative for total body care. She finds it rewarding to be able to help others, as well as enjoy her career and have time for her family. Tracie is a graduate of Advanced Anatomy Massage Academy. She is nationally certified in therapeutic massage and professionally licensed in Illinois. She has studied the areas of Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage and reflexology. Tracie enjoys sharing the total body benefits of massage with her clients. Whether it be for muscle soreness, stress, the need for total relaxation, or just finding time for oneself.

Sharon, Massage Therapist. Sharon is a graduate of Soma Institute in Chicago, IL. Sharon believes that good posture is one of many key elements in maintaining that balanced feeling day to day. With a compassionate touch she addresses the body with regard to structural alignment, posture, fascial restrictions, and lifestyle habits. Sharon deeply believes that massage therapy whether used as preventative medicine or in conjunction with more traditional forms of healing, can allow one to progress to a higher levels of physical and emotional well being. Massage therapy gives the body a chance to release stress, pain and fatigue. Sharon has studies modalities such as: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger point therapy, Myo-facial release and sports massage. She is also very familiar with Carpal Tunnel treatments, Rotator Cuff Injuries and Sciatic Treatments.

Kathleen, Massage Therapist. Kathleen is a State Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, who graduated from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute in Woodridge, IL in 2005. Kathleen's body work philosophy centers around the concept that massage is a deeper exploration of the body-mind connection. We are given clues as to how the body and mind interact, and a truly effective massage session recognizes that neither can fully operate without the other. She truly believes that massage gives each client an opportunity to be healed on several levels -- physical, mental and spiritual. Kathleen feels at home at Yoga-360, embracing the spa's passion for healthy, balanced living; and the commitment to enhancing the unique 360 degrees of the spiritual being. Her modalities include Swedish, Esalen, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage.

Kendall, Massage Therapist.
Kendall is a graduate of WMTI in Woodridge, Illinois.  Kendall was first introduced to massage therapy by her husband’s grandmother who had been a PT/Massage Therapist for over 40 years.  Kendall admired how massage therapy could cure and improve people’s lives.  Kendall first started with massage when her first child was born pre-maturely.  She took a class and was certified in infant massage and saw the remarkable affects of massage on her children.  There was no doubt that when she decided to go back to school that it would be massage therapy.  Kendall strongly believes that massage, whether working on a specific problem or just simply to relax, is the key to wellness.  She is trained in specific work such as Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Sciatica and Piriformis Syndrome, Rotator Cuff and Frozen Shoulder, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Pressure Sensitivity Techniques and Geriatric Massage.  Her relaxation is being in the outdoors with her family camping.
 

Liz, Massage Therapist. Liz is a graduate of Chicago School of Massage Therapy. Her passion for massage grew quickly when she began searching for ways to help her body recover from overuse and injury as a professional trained dancer. She discovered how beneficial massage was for her.  It improved her range of motion, helped with alignment issues and aided in prevention and rehabilitation from injury.   Liz has been practicing massage for seven years and believes massage is essential in recovery from daily stresses. Whether you are an avid runner, teacher or a loving moving mother, caring for your body should be a top priority.  Liz approaches each session with a desire to help her clients with their specific goals.

Laura, Lead Esthetician. Laura is a licensed esthetician and a graduate of Trendsetters College of Cosmetology. Laura's expertise is helping the skin come into balance and addressing special concerns such as rosacea, acne and hyperpigmentation. Laura's caring touch throughout any treatment encourages the body to relax so the natural healing process can take place. Laura's goal in the treatment room is to uncover your best skin, by using result oriented products, prevention and non-invasive, innovative treatments like enzyme peels and oxygen treatments. Laura continues her vast knowledge of skincare by attending educational seminars and workshops. Most recently she trained in Las Vegas with Madonna's Esthetician, Michelle Peck, and the rest of the Intraceuticals team, on O2 Hyperbaric Oxygen Skin Treatments.

Mia, Esthetician. Mia is passionate about helping you take care of your skin. In 1998, while managing a boutique day spa in San Francisco, Mia discovered that her interest in skin care was far more powerful than the coursework she was studying in college. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from San Francisco State University in 2001, she moved to Portland, Oregon in pursuit of a more organic lifestyle. This led her to enroll at the renowned Esthetics Institute where she spent over 1000 hours studying every facet of the skin care industry. Mia graduated at the top of her class in 2002 and holds certificates in Laser Hair Removal, Intense Pulsed Light Therapy, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Medium Depth Peels and Hungarian Massage. She worked as an educator for Éminence Organic Skin Care from 2003 – 2009.  She brings to the treatment room a clear understanding of many skin conditions, their root causes and different ways to treat them using organic ingredients.
Mia specializes in advanced treatments, hyperpigmentation, hormonal skin issues, sensitized skin and those who desire a long term relationship with a great therapist! Mia will help you devise a simple, easy to follow regimen while educating you on the importance of taking care of your skin.
