Our Spa Services are offered Monday through Friday 9am to 10pm and Saturdays 7:30am to 5:30pm. Sunday appointments are available by request.  We offer Online Spa Scheduling. Each Yoga-360 facial is customized using specially mixed exfoliants, up to 4 treatment masques, multiple condition targeted serums and Hungarian lifting massage techniques. Facials begin with a facial cleansing and toning containing no harsh chemicals or surfactants that strip the skin. Next, a steam enhanced exfoliant and extractions purge the skin of toxins. A custom blended masque calms, balances and stimulates cell renewal. A Hungarian Facial Massage lifts tones and nourishes. Finally we end with a appropriate serums, moisturizer and mineral powder sunscreen to hydrate and protect your skin. Facials also include time tested relaxation rituals including face, neck and shoulder, hand and arm massage designed to nurture a healthier, happier you. Our specialty eye and lip treatments can be incorporated into any facial treatment to meet your skin care needs.

Chair Massage Short on time? How about a tune up? This fully clothed massage in a special massage chair and utilizes acupressure focusing on muscles in the back, arms, hands, shoulders, neck and head, where tension and pain often build up. Book one after class or after work. (15 minutes) $15

Chronic Pain Massage This massage focuses on areas of chronic pain using trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. A wonderful treatment for headaches, neck stiffness, back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel. This technique requires the participation of the client to communicate the presence and intensity of pain and discomfort. Prenatal Massage This therapeutic massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through dramatic changes. Hot Stone Massage Heated basalt river rocks are placed on the body's key energy points to stimulate and invigorate. The warmth of the stones deeply penetrates the muscle layer.
