Arriving
Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax before your spa experience. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon entering Yoga-360. Please present all Gift Cards and promotional coupons at check-in. Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged in full, but we will do our best to accommodate your entire service.
It is customary to provide your therapist or esthetician a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided. Gratuities are accepted in cash is greatly appreciated.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. Yoga-360 strictly adheres to our Spa Cancellation Policy. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, 24-hour notice is required to Cancellation of more than two appointments in a row will require a deposit of the full amount of the intended service.
Pregnancy Safety Policy
Please note, no body treatments or massages or can be received during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Manicures and pedicures are available, but please inform your therapist ahead of time. |
