Online appointments may be cancelled online with a 24 hour notice. Otherwise you may call the Spa directly cancel your appointment.
Cancellation of any appointment(s) must be made 24 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment(s). If you cancel without 24 hours notice, two times in a row or consistently, we will require a deposit for your next appointment.
