Prenatal students new to yoga are required to take a private session with a our certified prenatal instructor prior to entrance into any yoga class.
Appointments are recommended for spa services and classes and can be made online or by phone, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. For spa therapies, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to take relax and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or calm your soul. For the safety of all guests attending classes, late entrants will not be permitted ten minutes after the start of class.
Robes and slippers are provided for more than one spa service. Undergarments are optional during the therapies. We recommend yoga clothing for classes that is form fitting without being restricts. Yoga and pilates are done without the shoes.
In an effort to keep your account in good standings, we require that you notify us of cancellations 24 hours prior to your pilates class and 24 hours prior to spa appointments and personal training sessions. Failure to do so will require prepayment or charge of service
Please help preserve the peaceful atmosphere cell phone use is prohibited in any area of the studio and spa.
Yoga-360 offers changing areas for your convenience. As we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, please avoid bringing in valuables.
Gift Cards/Certificates are available in dollar amounts (not for services or packages) to be used towards any class, product or service. Gift Cards are available online or at our location. Please inquire at the front desk for guidance in selecting the ideal gift. Gift Certificates purchased online may be printed and/or emailed.
Gratuities are highly appreciated by your service provider but not required. If you prefer to tip, 15-20% of your service total is a standard gratuity. Gratuities are accepted in cash only, and envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.
Yoga-360 accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.
Pricing + Refunds
All classes, services adn workshops are non-refundable. Pricing, classes and teachers are subject to change. Series and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership options can be canceled by giving written notification to Yoga-360 30 days after a full 6 months of membership have been paid. See membership contract for details.
*Please note the expiration dates associated with each discount Class Package. Series extensions are not granted for vacation, travel, work or other personal events except for medical reasons. To be considered for an extension, please submit a letter accompanied by a doctor's note to the Director. Requests must be submitted before the expiration of your series. If you are unable to use all your classes and your expiration date has already passed, we will give you back 50% of your loss with your next purchase of a package. (i.e. 4 classes lost you get back two). Not available online. Please visit the front desk.
*Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on apparel that has been worn, giftables that have been used, or any skincare products unless they are damaged. Should you need to return a purchase, you must do so within 7 days and you will receive an in-store credit towards your next purchase.
